    Title: Health Bug - Shield of Crystal
    Reproduction Rate: Ongoing
    Blocker? No
    Details: Health pool added by Shield of Crystal cannot be filled with health.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Strength of Earth, then cast Shield of Crystal, examine health bar, see gap, try to heal self, no health increase (note this was occurring before the second depleting health bug that I posted later this morning, the latter without running shield of crystal).
