[Known] Heat timer sometimes (visual bug) skips a number when charging

    Title: Heat timer sometimes (visual bug) skips a number when charging
    Reproduction Rate:Often
    Blocker? No
    Details: Sometimes the little number in the UI on a glyph you are charging will hold at a lower number (3) and miss a tick - before ticking at the upper number (5)
    Steps to Reproduce: I think -- get heat on a combat glyph (maybe 3 uses), then exit combat mode - re-enter combat mode, and start charging the same glyph. See video here.
