I would send the developer an email at support@portalarium.com and ask them if they want your log files to look at.

 

@Pavlee Can you give us some more information on there error such as:

1. When did it crash, upon launching the game, when you were playing (if so where) etc.
2. What is you computer specs (CPU, memory, GPU, OS, etc)?
3. Is the problem reproducible or is it random?

As quick rule of thumb, if you are a Windows user, make sure your video card drivers are up to date, you may want to disable anti-virus just as a test, application like Go-ToMy PC, Teamviewer, WebEx (remote support applications) like these can cause problems so close and disable them for testing only... also if you have not updated your OS lately with fresh patches, or may have updated and started getting the error it maybe one of those patches causing it, or it maybe you need some patches.

Start a thread and put in your computer specs, then copy/paste the stack trace section from the crash report folder.

 

One thing that should be mentioned is if this happened when changing areas. There is a memory leak problem that will eventually cause a crash when changing areas if you don't completely quit out of the game every now and then. Even before that point, you will likely experience a lot of the small freeze-ups that people call "hitching". Those problems are well-known and they are working on them.
