    uses all the crafting rings of a given level (uncommon, rare, etc) and produces a neckless of the same level.

    There are no additional buff beyond putting all the crafting ring buffs on one item.

    This would be a quality of life feature since you could just put on the neckless when you're crafting and not have to remember to switch rings between tables.
