Apologies, but we are unable to approve them over the weekend. Start looking for updates today and through this week!

You get 5 x of each non-eternal Heraldry pattern.

If you change your blazon it doesn't change the ones you did already. I tried salvaging a shield but they are not eternal, don't do it. Banners seems to be bugged and can't salvage for pattern. My eternal patterns are
still blank/invisible. Hopefully they will sell more pattern packs soon.

I unfortunately checked for rewards before I updated my heraldry symbol on the html form. Sorry for the stupid question but how exactly do I make the emblem now appear on the short banner that we received as a reward for example? Or am I just out of luck now?

Use one of the five patterns to reshape short/long heraldry banner on the tailoring crafting station.

You'll want to use the tailoring station to reshape the banner. I wrote a guide on how to do this at https://sotasmith.com/heraldry or click the link in my signature.

How do we get the blazon applied to long & short banners and founder's heraldry armor after resubmitting (with the eternal pattern already applied to the banners, and comes pre-applied to heraldry armor)

I think it SHOULD automatically update when your new submission is approved.

Hi there, I made a total mistake when I made my submission. All I wanted was a simple cross in white with a red lion rampant in top right corner. However, my background was not transparent and therefore I have a white cross, red lion and white square background :(
I have purchased a $25 unlock and sent email to have option to edit and resubmit - However, I have two questions, if anyone knows the answer

    1) To make sure I don't repeat the mistake. Was I missing something on the basic generator. It was the in-house one I used. Is there an option to have a transparent background. If son, what box do I need to tick or choice to choose. As I don't yet have access to the generator until Port have a chance to allow me I cannot go in to see for myself
    2) Does anyone know how long it takes from time email sent asking for ability to resubmit design (once unlock voucher bought) before you get the green light to, hopefully, fix it

    Kind Regards

Similar to my problem as well on my submission. The white square in the preview i was shown was not noticeable to me and it was only when i later screenshotted the page to use in a support email i could make it out, still hard to see. I assumed this image in the centre of the piece would have been like all the other images i had placed and were correct, with a transparent background.

I have yet to create my coat of arms and I am a bit confused about this white square background thing. When does it occurs? If you just place one big central emblem rather than something in halves or quarters or is it always there ? Any way to avoid it or get rid of it ??

Save it in a form that supports transparency, like .png. When you save it should ask you to select a color to be transparent. This would be your background.
