    Title: Hidden Vale map problems
    Reproduction Rate: all of the time
    Blocker? yes if you want to use the map for guidance
    Details: the map does not line up correctly with the avatars position and the map locations are placed incorrectly
    Steps to Reproduce: zoned in and back again
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16268
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 2987
