    Details: A large chunk of Hidden Vale is underwater. However, the avatar can still navigate over the top of it.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 526.
