    Title: Hidden Vale River Outside of Owl’s Head Exceedingly Cloudy

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: The river just outside of Owl’s Head looks cloudy – this doesn’t look natural at all because the cloudy part isn’t flowing.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Area: Hidden Vale (OverworldIsland) Loc: (240.4, -5.4, 361.0)

    b. Observe: River water is cloudy but the cloudy parts aren’t animated. It looks like ice, under the water, except not ice.

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 512.
