High INT and the Life tree

Does anyone know with any certainty that higher intelligence can mean a character has a higher chance for critical heals?

The tooltip on INT does state higher chance for critical hits, and higher spell damage, but it does not specifically mention heals or healing crits here.

 

My experience is that the speced int buff (+26 int, +10% crit chance) from sun gives better heals over unspeced int buff over unbuffed. So int counts for heals also unban dead is more fun with speced int buff.

Are you talking about the "Enlightenment" skill? "the speced int buff (+26 int, +10% crit chance) from sun gives better heals over unspeced int buff over unbuffed." This is confusing. Are you trying to say that you noticed that if Enlightenment is active, your heals are better, vs. Enlightlenment is not active? I'm not sure if this really answers my question, but I appreciate the feedback. It seems like INT probably does impact a heals' power, and crit chance.

more int = stronger heals and more critical heals.
source of int doesn't matter

If you do not do damage your heals are also stronger

You can see int effects the power of the heals by looking at the tooltip and casting enlightenment, as for crit chance, pretty sure it does that too, just like spell damage and spell crit damage effects your heals as well.

 

I use sun spec (GM enlightenment) + a mix of carapacian gear + lots of base INT and gear buffs = critalapalooza.
