Hills Encounter does not respect spawn protection

    Title: Hills Encounter does not respect spawn protection
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: When leaving a Hills Encounter, I'm immediately sucked back in as soon as I spawn on the world map with no chance of moving away.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter a hills encounter, do some stuff for a while, exit Hills Encounter. If there's another stag on the world map then you will get immediately sucked back in.
