Details: You are sent to Hilt Fortress to assemble the 3 pieces to Vermillion lens(quest named Reassemble and use the Vemillion Lens). In an otherwise nice dungeon/quest you do all the lengthy effort to fight your way and reach the forge. Suddently you notice the forge asks for coal(not mentioned in log) and start looking around. There is a total of THREE coal nodes(2 on the forge room and one in the previous one) so if you dont get lucky to get more than 1 in at least two, like in my case, you are screwed, cause weirdly the nodes do not respawn(waited over 30 mins). Suddently you feel all your effort was in vein and you go to the forge just to learn you needed coal too. Technically its not a bug but more of problematic design on that part of the quest. You either need more nodes, respawning nodes or to remove coal from the vermillion lens "recipe"
Steps to Reproduce: Just go all the way to the obsidian forge while mining everything and counting how much coal nodes you found
