Hold Cursor Toggle Not Working

Under the Game Options there is a feature called "Hold Cursor Toggle". The feature is no longer working. Now if it is checked or unchecked the game behaves the same. The cursor is now absent no matter what setting.

 

Update on this: The feature is working correctly when I log in and play with Mac Pro. However, it is not working correctly when I log in and play on the laptop (Mac book pro). The cursor is gone and the game is essentially unplayable on the laptop.

Edit: Now tried it on another laptop. Same problem. No cursor. Deleted the game on both laptops and reinstalled. Still same problem. No cursor. Game not playable on laptops. Feature only works on the desktop.

 

By default, the control to toggle on is Tab. This should bring up the cursor.
