Holding flute and weapon at the same time - right hand

Details: While having my weapon drawn in the right hand, I am also holding a flute as well.
Steps to Reproduce: Equip an instrument and a weapon, I have two swords equipped right now.

Steps to Reproduce: Same thing with a two-handed weapon, holding the flute and a crossbow at the same time. This is after I play a song and the flute shows up and then go into combat.
