    First off, this was a great release and I give it up to the team and all their hard work! Mounts are great, and so is the new story/quest content added. Well done Catnip!

    At any rate, been having some trouble finding a trainer for horse skills. Is there one in game yet?

    ? Is the new scene in yet? I still don't have a mount just the skills (I'm not buying from the coto store until I get a free mount)... so whats new? Off topic, i know.. I just assume you've seen some new story or quest content I haven't?

    Well its new to me since I haven't played in months, but I was referring to LBs Castle and Spindelskog (sp?).

    Once they put in the NPC to exchange Foals etc , you'll be able to buy Ridable Horses from Tamers...as they can exchange the taming Necklace containing a Horse for a Ridable horse...which won't need the taming skill to use.
    They won't be super cheap as a Taming Necklace needs Silver and you are exchanging , but they are horses are easy to tame so the 3 Tamable Horses (Bay/Blanket /Palmino) will be pretty common.

    You can tame a horse even with 1 in the tame creature skill. You will only have a 10% chance. You will use up taming collars though, and will need a taming necklace equipped as well.

    Horses are set to a low level to tame.

    I feel all mounts should be tradeable on based on the avatars Taming skill. Nightmares and Unicorns Mounts should be allowed to be turned in and traded starting at 120 Taming or, add a new Saddler skill in the Horse skills tree.

    I can tame it, fight with it, have it follow, sit and dance but cant mount it? Why are these staying behind a pay wall? Why not just make a COTO versions with some cosmetic tweaks for crown store?

    Trade in a tamed Bay, Blanket or Palomino to the stable boy in owls head now for a mount.

    And Blackblade Foothills has a nice little pen by the Oasis that has all three horses just waiting.
