Hot keys don't work after swapping decks

If I use the X button to swap to my alternate deck the hot keys no longer with on the deck I swapped to.

Swapping back to the original deck and the hot keys work again. It seems to be just on the "alternate" deck and only certain skill trees. The life skills seem to be working, but my fire, air, water and ranged aren't working unless I use the mouse to click them.

 

Going into passive mode and back into combat mode seems to resolve it, but a bug regardless.
