Hotbar Items Disabled

    So I logged in tonight after having read about stacking glyphs and tried to do that myself. When I realized I didn't do it correctly, I removed all the glyphs and put back each of them individually.

    Now all of my combat glyphs are greyed out, in combat.

    Any idea what I did and how to unfix it?
