Will there be any more housing special packages in the near feature? Like the upcoming holidays or perhaps cyber monday etc. Would love to buy in and start getting settled somewhere but want one of the ones that doesn't have upkeep so I don't have to worry.

Tax free by Darkstarr decision and decree will always be in bundles.
So you'd have to go to the player market for a Tax free deed seperate from a bundle.
There has been talk of a Pirate bundle but 'when' would be anyone's guess.

Cyber Monday this year is already on and gives bonus crowns on cash purchases.

This week they have the biggest sale on housing in the addon store. 35% we can't expect better than that.

But like Kab said if one watch the telethon they usually do 20% off on stuff including bundles.

Thanks for the info. Just to clarify, the tax free bundles that are listed are only for player owned towns correct? Do they or will they have tax free for the NPC towns? Goal is to get house in a town that I never have to worry about losing or paying any form of upkeep over the next 10yrs+. ((Preferably with as many of the crafting stations as possible /smile ))

 

For Episode 1, then the Bundles only have TaxFree POT deeds, that is correct.

But pledges used to have TaxFree place anywhere, so those can be got by trading other players, they are typically double the price of POT deeds of the same size.

 

Kinda at a crossroads on NPC vs PoT. NPC have the basic setting of a town as far as where lots are located, but some offer a unique design and a proper road system. I moved to Celestis and can’t argue the view from my keep.

PoT offer custom housing locations, a design based on the community and PoT owner, but the road system is extremely poor. Stone pavers on grass tiles look really ugly and there’s no way to form a road up a hill unless there’s a pre-built road.
