Someone had asked me this earlier, and my answer was I don’t know. I don’t pvp so I never paid any attention to that. Can someone help?

Specifically, if its value on the tooltip is "No Value" in red. Arrows are one of the few things with an actual value of zero, but I doubt they will be ransomed either.

Note that COTOs from the store have No Value, but COTOs that are dropped as loot have a 250 value. Also, housing deeds bought through a COTO vendor or dropped as loot have a value. So don't run around flagged with such a housing deed in your inventory, but at least the ransom will be a fraction of its player economy value.
