How do you put combat skills on your combat bar?

    For the life of me I cannot figure out how to put skills on the toolbar. They wont drag so either it is a bug in my system or its very unintuitive.

    There should be several rows of combat boxes, it would be nice if pressing Ctrl-Something would bring up another row. That way we could customize each row for say, bladed /bludgeon/ etc weapon skills and the magic spells that best complement each weapon class.

    Remember this is a temporary solution and will likely be replaced in R6 or R7
