How many pieces of "Heavy" armor must a character wear, in order to be considered wearing heavy armor?
1...say boots (which is the only piece of heavy armor my character is wearing), or must it be at least a chest piece?

I ask because, I can no longer adjust endurance with a skill point to gain strength, but I can increase "strength" with a skill point. As you can see I can spend a point in endurance, but it does not increase strength. You can also see I can spend a point in "strength", and it does increase strength.

Have I missed the memo that would have told me how many pieces (or which ones) of heavy armor I must wear in order to be considered as wearing heavy armor?

Just a chest piece, that is the pieve which determines what kind of armour you are using as of now.
