How to enter Artifice?

Details:I tried to enter Aritifice - after talking with Notus again I travelled to the entrance and was greeted by the satyr "The Welcomer", walking through the light however just brought me to a small rock alcove - no other scene was loaded. Is this intentional or did I miss something in the Notus dialogue?

Found the issue, it will be fixed next build.

 

Yeah same issue went through the portal but no scene change.

Details:Still can't enter with the newest built. The Welcomer hurries me to enter but I can't. Other players succeeded so I went back to talk to Notus.
He urged me to travel to Artifice and talks about a key (metaphorical? didn't find anything in inventory) after using the keyword "Bonesteel".
This didn't help - I still can't enter.
