How to get free row deed ?

Anyone got a guide /walkthrough for how to get the row deed ? Like what quests to do ?

 

Just complete one of the outskirts main quest line. You should be able to do a quick search in youtube for a walkthrough.

 

I did couldnt find anything for soltown area can you post a link ?

So which quest should i do from that video just 1 or all of them ?

 

I believe all of them. You’ll get the banner at the end of it too.

 

You have to do all quests you receive from camp leader Catptain Kinsey.

However: it's good to do all quests to receive XP, train your Avatar and also the Love Helm can be received ...
Ask Seargeant Sedgewick, he needs help in a few cases. One thing he needs can be found with Farmer Filmore (and he has the quest to receive the Leather Helm of Love)...

There is one special quest you start in a house (left) at the entrance to the abandoned village. Upstairs you meet a special ghost. This quest isn't necessary to solve for the row lot, but it's interesting and spends great XP ...

which one ?

 

I'm not sure what GMDavros meant by 'just one', but I believe he is trying to say just one of the 3 available outskirts quest lines needs to be completed. In other words, not just one quest, but one outskirts quest chain completed, you then get your banner and your row lot deed.

 

@Khal Drogo, there are three Outskirt, Soltown Outskirts, Blood River Outskirts, and Highvale Outskirts, which are associated with each of the three starting areas.
Each of these areas have a Quest Line ... a series of linked quests ... associated with them. Upon completion of any one of the Quest Lines in any one of the Outskirts areas, you will receive your Row Lot Deed.

 

Top and tail that and we have the MOTD we need for the next week or month.

 

Which quests should i do ?

Thx for the help. Ill wait till someone makes a guide with the quests..like go to this guy in this area do this quest ...then do that quest get the row deed.

 

Go to horatio in highvale - Captain Burnes - Esmerelda and finish that quest line, should do it I think.

 

I believe you are thinking this is more difficult than it is... But, if you want a complete hand-holding walk through, you want a complete hand-holding walk through... So be it.
There are quest videos posted on YouTube for most quests in the game.

If you receive the Virtue banner for an Outskirts area, that’s how you will know you completed an Outskirts.

 

I handed Phineas Drumplemouth his warrant. I noticed I have Banner of Truth in my inventory suddenly (but none of the captions told me I was awarded it)

However, I don't see any row lot deed. How do I get my free row lot deed?

Btw, the quest is buggy. I had to relog after getting queen wolf spider venom sac, because talking to Phineas afterwards the window to give him the venom sacks didn't appear.

I relogged but still no row lot deed anywhere.

 

@Khal Drogo what you need to do is go to the Solace Bridge Outskirts area (google/bing search for sotamap and search for the Solace Bridge Outskirts).

Talk to Captain Kinsey and get the quest (click on all of the keywords)

Follow the road East across the rope bridge.
Travel to the end of the road past the graveyard to the ruined buildings.
Witness the ebon cultists blood ritual and kill all there.

Report back to Captain Kinsey and say the magic word "deed" and bam you have your free row lot deed. Very easy.

 

I think what has the Horse Lord and the Harbringer of Spring both befuddled is that knowledge of the row lot deed and the means of getting it are both external and abstract - there is no "outskirts" quest in the game nor is there any means of checking "deed" progress. So, from their point of view, they're not asking for "handholding," they're groping in the dark, asking "how much further, I hit my toe on a thing, is that thing important, is it necessary?"

This is just speculation, but I reckon that the row deed was designed to be discovered rather than sought, which is a nice design choice, although that also means that those who seek it will feel lost.

Some veteran players also hiccuped trying to get it done on their alts, so I reckon we could afford a bit of extra patience for our new arrivals off the rift.
