I Consider Myself to be an Informed Shopper (Suggestion)

Please let me know if I am just missing something, but why does the tool-tip when mousing over armor in a shop not tell you the -fizzle percentage? I ignorantly purchased a set of plate, assuming it would add to the rate, but secretly hoping the absence of a listed negative percentage was to let me know this particular set was special. It was not. So here I stand with pie on my face, and a couple hundred poorer once I sold it back lol. Was my experience the norm, or did something go amiss? Any chance it could be amended for future purchases?

 

afaik as long you do not wear it the "true" rate is not computed.
How that could be solved no idea
