Icy Puncture Range is wrong

    1. Title: Icy Puncture Range is wrong
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Icy Puncture isn't using the weapons range calculation.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Unless you are within unarmed range of the target the attack won't land
    6. User Specs: MSI GT72S
    Icy Puncture appears to be calculating effective range as if you are unarmed instead of using your weapons calculated range. I've tested at various distances but unless I'm practically on top of the target, the attack hits nothing. To verify, I did further testing on a training dummy at max, mid, and fist range. It only hits when I'm within fist range.

    *Correction, It's slightly further than fist range that it hits (maybe it's just not calculating the 'Reach' skill?)*
