If you can run out of focus on overworld, should be able to eat there

    You should be able to eat before you enter the overworld. Or does the buff not apply?

    as well as cast strength buffs etc....

    It's still a miracle to me as to why our Avatars suddenly do not know anymore how to cast spells as soon they enter the Overworld...
