Ignite weapon BUFF tool-tip on player gives wrong information

Ignite weapon at 99 cast on myself(top left, *this is what is wrong*) +glyph tool-tip(bottom) + tool-tip of the DoT debuff on the mob(top right)

Details: Ignite weapon BUFF tool-tip on player gives wrong information (top left pic), says 11 fire damage but should read "3-9 physical /fire damage every 1.5 sec...."
Steps to Reproduce:

1. log in
2. unlock ignite weapon
3. cast ignite weapon
4. mouse over glyph on hotbar and mouse over buff near top left under player health and notice buff shows wrong information
