Details: Ignite weapon Damage over Time is ignoring fire resistance, tested on the Lich Mage in the Rise which is practicaly immune to all fire damage except Ignite weapon fire damage over time which hits for the same amount on every single mob I tested, from Rabbits to squirrels to Obsidian Golems to the Rise Lich. (What is really strange is that it is listed as physical/fire damage on the debuff tool-tip when mousing over the mob and flame fist is ALSO physical/fire but gets completly mitigated, easily tested on Obsidian Golems)
Steps to Reproduce:

1. log in
2. unlock flame fist
3. unlock ignite weapon
4. go find Obsidian Golems
5. cast ignite weapon and hit golem -> mouse over the DoT debuff on the mob health bar and notice lack of mitigation (2-6 physical/fire damage at rank 98)
   
6. repeat step 5 with flame fist and see 0 damage (at rank 102)
