Immortality tree/Plant not Growing

4. Details:I have planted a Immortality tree outside my Row house at least a week ago or more and its just not growing. I watered it once after I planted it and since then it tells me " It looks already watered" and it just does not grow.
   
5. Steps to Reproducelant it outside in a Planting Pot and water it once after you plant it.

I have the same problem with a royal elderberry plant and a cotton bush. I try to water them every day, but no luck, they are always "watered already" and they won't grow.
