[Improvement] 2016 Valentine Hearts Cloak does not lay OVER clothing

    Title: 2016 Valentine Hearts Cloak does not lay OVER clothing

    Details: Placed the 2016 Valentine Hearts Cloak I just purchased onto a mannequin wearing a Cotton Damask Lace Formal Dress. The cloak lays partially inside the skirt on the dress, so it does not look right at all. Sadly a waste of 725 Cotos if this cannot be fixed. It was only purchased for use on this specific mannequin wearing this specific dress.
