In game clocks are not in synch with the time of day on compass

    Title: In game clocks are not in synch with the time of day on compass

    Details: The in game clocks, I think are a few hours off from what hour of the day is stated on the compass. For example (see picture) the compass says it is Midnight. However looking at this in game grandfather clock it is only 11:15 pm.
    Steps to Reproduce: Wait till compass time says Midnight, then look at an in game clock. It won't be midnight yet.
