In Published Player Instructions for R100 section Equipping and Swapping Decks not properly marked

    The Table of Contents says there is a change to section
    Equipping and Swapping Decks

    But, there is no indication of any changes in the text under title
    Equipping and Swapping Decks
    and the title itself does not have the tag "[Includes New]"
