Currently the rewards for player run adventures comes out of the player’s own pocket.

I think it would be fun, as a person who thinks RP stories are fun, if there were a adventurer registry or a outlander bureau that facilitated what @Elgarion does by registering a quest and providing a GM potion, as well as a way for participants to register for the event or quest in exchange for some reward or temporary buff on completion.

For quests set up by player NPCs, it’d be cool if the registrar would allow the person registering the quest to write into its dialouge and the registrar read it as tho it were a note. Example: “Ah yes! Just so happens we do have work available. *begins reading from a note* “<Event creators dialouge here>.” If you like, i can register you for this job”

If not something so complex as that, at least ideally a way to register participants and have the game provide a reward of some kind.
