Increase XP reward and color level for melee enemies

    Based on my experience fighting thugs and fighters in Serpent Spine Foothills, I recommend the following
    changes:

    1. The color level of these melee enemies should be increased by at least one color level to reflect the
    increase in difficulty. Right now the fighters are green to me and the thugs are yellow. Their HP has increased significantly so they should be properly identified as yellow fighters and orange thugs. Green enemies are supposed to be easy and the color label is out of balance.

    2. The XP reward for beating these enemies should be increased to reward people for taking increased risks, which would balance out for similarly colored enemies.
