[Info Needed] Baron's Servant Decoration Pet won't stay put

Title: Baron's Servant Decoration Pet won't stay put.

Details: I place the Baron's Servant Decoration Pet behind a tavern counter (see the first screenshot) and after a couple seconds, he teleports to in front of the tavern counter.
Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
User Specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072

I am continuing to test this. One scenario where I got it to happen was when I moved the counter into him. Could it be that between the shelf behind him and the counter in front of him he does not have enough room? And therefore teleports in front of the counter?

 

It looks like there's plenty of room behind him and, of course, I'm able to place him there. If I'm on my other account then he stays there, it's only an issue for the lot owner.

Anyway, I could try moving the shelf.

I removed the shelves and he still teleports to the front of the counter.

 

@Barugon & @Mytaz E'll - Just a hunch on my part... but it looks like there is a wood paving stone on the floor behind the bar. I think the servant is trying to load on the floor of the house and is being blocked by the paving stone causing the servant to bounce to the nearest unblocked location. I've had similar issues with placing things on paving stones (like putting a rug on the paving stone). *If* the rug will even place (many would not), then it always fell under the paving stone when the scene reloaded. It's like the placed item does not save the "z" axis location and just tries to hit the ground level automatically.
