    Title: Client Opens 4 times maxing CPU
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker yes
    Details: Open the game from desktop, login with steam and CPU is maxed with 4 clients open, still playable but stalls for a second every now and then which is what got me looking as to why.

    Steps to Reproduce: Login through steam
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 16313
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GPU RAM: 11127

    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany

    Confused - are you trying to open 4 clients, or steam is managing to do that for you? to be fair 4 copies of sota sinks a lot of kit..
