[Info needed] COTOS have no image in inventory

Reproduction Rate: 100% tested multiple times

Details: The little image beside the cotos stacks for GOLD COTOS, is just a black square.
Steps to Reproduce: check bank or backpack for gold cotos icons ... there aren't any.



Note that the bronze one has a icon / image.
Hovering over the Gold COTOS also shows the strange black square.

The pile of 21 are original, and the pile of 36 are ones given via daily logins to the QA server.

Uhh strange. I cannot repro under the same build. Doesn't matter if it is in my inventory or in a bag placed as deco.
@Kaffien Where are these items located at exactly?
Can you repro after restarting the client?

I also checked a non-dev character that also migrated over from Live.

 

On build 692 this issue no longer exists.
