[Info needed] Cursor relocks early when closing some panels

Details:Mouse cursor unlocks automatically when opening panels, but closing certain panels seems to 'forget' that other panels are open and causes an immediate re-lock.
Steps to Reproduce: Open inventory and skills panels (cursor unlocks automatically). Close inventory (Cursor re-locks despite skills panel still being open).

I'm a little confused, as you using cursor mode? It's off by default, so if you don't know what I'm talking about the answer is probably no

Bug is present with either hold cursor mode ticked or unticked, when starting from locked/crosshair before opening the panels.
The only way to avoid is to have cursor forcibly unlocked before opening the inventory initially.
