Details: The "Ah, I agree, we should keep a sharp lookout for such things (the dagger)" had More: under it, green arrow when highlighting, but didn't do anything. Didn't happen the second time, so what follows are the specifics of this time.
Steps to Reproduce:
The first conversation after bringing a sword
Said Goodbye without anything else, he went into the extended goodbye dialog
He mentioned the dagger
I believe I clicked [dagger]
He replied "Ah, I agree..."
More: was there, highlightable but clicking did nothing.

Not at home, but that should be totally gone now that more is replaced with continue. I'll try to make time to make a blood river start before Thursday though.

 

I didn't experience this with the new run through with Continue button.
