    Details: Focus used faster than previous builds in combat. Could be new balance or a mathing issue. Build 692

    Can you describe the situation you were in, and what you were using, when you came to this conclusion?
    I'm looking for repro steps as I cannot seem to.

    Essentially combat vs a wolf or something. Was able to execute 10 fully charged combat spells of the same type until depleted. New build, same location, was only able to execute 8 of the same type before depletion.

    That was kind of the scenario.
