[Info needed] Getting Black screen of death.

Im getting a black screen of death when I pull out the 5 piece one man band. Im also getting it in places like ardoris when i move my camera too much. I think its prolly my aging hardware, which is a redeon hd 6870 1gig ddr5, but thought Id toss this out there. Its completey shuting down my gpu and giving me a "display driver has stopped responding"

 

I can repro but this may need more specifics. Can you do /devbug and then provide that information? We usually need it for all bug reports I submit, but especially for reports like these when we are trying to narrow it down a bit. Thank you.

Steps to Reproduce: Equip 5 piece One man band (or run around someone with it out), run around and move camera in areas on seemingly large load stress?
