4. Details: In the Grasslands Template 01 Left there is a spot at or about -29.3, 36.0, -235.0 that is evidently not flat and preventing the placement of a lot.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Locate -29.3, 36.0, -235.0 in the Grasslands 01 Left Template and attempt to place a lot.
6. User Specs: Win10, 32G RAM, i5, GTX 1070

 

@Rufus D`Asperdi Coordinates are awesome but I'm not sure what this PoT or scene name is for this particular template.

The offending spot is somewhere near here... there are lots placed to either side of this hole.

The bad spot is in this strip:



I can move neither of the lots any closer to each other without them going red. Additionally, my original experiment, the lot I was trying to place went red with the far edge at about (XX.XX, XX.XX, -240.00).
