[Info needed] Isle of Storms conversations not responding

Title: Isle of Storms conversations not responding.

Details: I started a new avatar and when I first clicked on Arabella and the Oracle at the Isle of Storms, they wouldn't respond. I had to press escape to cancel the conversation and then re-initiate it.
Steps to Reproduce: Start a new avatar then double click on Arabella.

OS: Linux 4.15 unknown 64bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32158
GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192

I'm not sure what is causing this because this is something we have tried to repro repeatedly on brand new characters. Is there anything you can think of that may be related to this?

I created another avatar on my existing account and then just logged off leaving him in the ghost state. Later, I logged back on and double clicked Arabella, there was no text from her and none of the keywords did anything. I pressed escape to exit the conversation then double clicked her again and then everything worked.

After that, I went to the mirror, finished my avatar, grabbed the book, went to the Oracle, double clicked the Oracle and had exactly the same problem as I did with Arabella.
