[Info needed] Item Decor Bugs

Details: 1) The weapon Rack has the top of the wood slats as the surface to place against instead of the front, this makes it impossible to place weapons in the rack! 2) we can rotate items like books one way only, is there another option to turn it so we can lay it down, seems like you can only turn it on one axis! This goes for other items, used books but for example, a Shard of the Night can only be placed on table or floor, can't place on a wall like other weapons! Not sure if a bug or incomplete!
Steps to Reproduce: Both bugs are repeatable always!

@Servant King, the rotate item default key is r. it does not yet work for all items.

 

but beware upwards rotating 'R' only works if you didn't bind another key for it's normal use...if thats the case you have to reset keybindings to get this rotating functionality back

The Bug for the Weapon Rack still is a issue that needs fixing!

Sorry, I'm confused as to what you are reporting as the bug. I can place weapons in the rack. R won't work with this particular item because it cannot be flipped on its side. Now you may have to rotate the weapons (like swords) with R so they don't lay flat, but I'm seeing the carved weapon rack place itself on the proper axis. The weapons should sit in the rack vertically. You may need to screenshot it so I can see exactly what you are seeing. Thank you.

 

I've tried many times with many weapons and they are not going in vertical, they seem to want to go in horizontal, the slats of wood that make the back rest for rack seem to only allow the weapons to be placed on the top edge of the slat instead of the face of it as you explained!
