[Info needed] Kobald 3 story row right side

Title: Row house basement issue and stairs issue
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? Basement is not working and you have to jump up stairs
Details: For some reason the basement will not work in the row house that is place on a village lot. It used to work. To get up the stairs you must jump as well. Also can we get doors for renting rooms on these houses too.
Steps to Reproduce: I made sure I had many hatches and tried different ones and a couple of basements. I tried row and village size. I relogged and logged. I picked up the hatch and tried different hatches

I'm sorry to hear of this. I just want to make sure I fully understand. You cannot place a hatch anywhere in Kobald 3 story row right side? Are you trying on the first floor? Or can you get the hatch down and when you try to apply a basement nothing happens? In addition, this house has sticky stairs. It's not the stairs in any basement considering you cannot get a basement to work, is that right?

 

It has been placed for a long time with no problem and now all the sudden it will not work. . So I don't know what happened.
