    Blocker? Not unless you count having a quest that won't go away.

    I got the quest. I learned a new skill. I put it on my combat bar. Crickets.

    Did not go away from where exactly? Task bar? Your Journal? Compass? All of these?
    Did this eventually clear?

    Same here :

    Got the quest, bought a skill, Put it in Combat bar, and then used the skill.

    Nothing occured, quest still :
    * Task bar
    * Journal
    Don't remember about the compass.

    Still there even if since I ve bought many more skills and equipped them.
    Bug occured with build just before R54 and still occuring since.

    I still have this on my new character. It’s still stuck in the journal. And I have equipped many skills.

    It appears that it eventually went away. I don't know why or when -- it was not due to me putting anything on my bars because the two skills I've done I watched intently.
