[Info needed] Missing the 'Weather Changing Clockwork Umbrella Reward' and unable to claim it

    Details:
    I got all 'Summer 2016 Telethon Part 2' rewards listed in
    my Special Rewards list at https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?page_id=4557#tab-specialrewards .
    But I am missing the 'Weather Changing Clockwork Umbrella Reward' in-game.
    I have been missing it since Release 35.
    I never saw it in my Inventory or in my Bank.

    Affected game modes:
    • online mode
    • offline mode
    Affected Avatar:
    • Morgana Pendragon

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Start a new game and create a new Avatar with deleting the old game in the Offline Mode
    2) Go to a banker
    3) Claim the rewards from my account
    Result: the 'Weather Changing Clockwork Umbrella Reward' is missing
