[Info Needed]"Nearby Players" function not working?

    Standing next to an Avatar, but my "Nearby Players" (Keypad 0) Window is blank...Avatar I see is not flagged for PvP (should appear as ? if flagged, correct?). This has been happening more and more of late. Screenshot below.

    Details: Standing next to an Avatar, but my "Nearby Players" (Keypad 0) Window is blank...Avatar I see is not flagged for PvP (should appear as ? if flagged, correct?). This has been happening more and more of late. Screenshot below.

    Are you able to reproduce this quite regularly? I'm having difficulty seeing it occur testing internally against the list and the system player "ping" I can do.

    I'd be interested to look into this further and potentially find a solid reproduction case, if possible!
