[Info needed] Not getting add-ons

    I ordered 2 Cinereous Stone 2-tiered outdoor pedestal fountains. When I tried to claim them and also dragon eggs, I didn't get any of it. It says I claimed (which I did) but never received. Not so worried about the $4 but really want that fountain.

    You did use the new rewards claim button in the upper right of the screen and not the banker, right?
