[Info needed] Radiant Energy Capacitor and Radiant Energy Coil not working properly

The Radiant Energy Capacitors are just not working at all (these are both turned "on):



But the Radiant Energy Coil is really weird!! (This is just around the corner to the right from the location below):



Those are both turned "on."

- Now, when I picked the non-functioning capacitor/coil up, placed it into my backpack, and then placed them in this basement again they worked!!
- But as soon as I left the basement and went back into the basement, they were again wacky/turned off as you see them above.

Have you emptied out this basement since this was reported or am I having a loading into scene issue? I see the basement to be empty.

 

@Lexie - you are having a loading issue. Nothing in the basement has changed.
