[Info needed] Random Map encounter didn't pull me into scene

    Title: Random Map encounter didn't pull me into scene
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
    Details: Red sash bandit encounter didn't pull me into the encounter - the bandit disappeared and I wasn't pulled into the scne
    Steps to Reproduce: Unknown - but was at this location.
